At Shanyansh Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Shanyansh Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with reliable shipping, hassle-free returns, and comprehensive warranty support. This Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy outlines the terms for shipment, returns, refunds, and warranty coverage for products purchased through our official website or authorized platforms.
1. Applicability
This Policy applies to all orders for physical products. Digital products (software licenses, downloads, etc.) are delivered electronically and are subject to separate terms (non-returnable/non-warrantied once accessed).
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from successful payment confirmation and order verification.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in India.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
- High volume, pre-orders, or custom products may extend processing to 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email if delays occur.
3. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping (India): We ship to most serviceable PIN codes in India.
- Remote, restricted, or high-risk areas may incur additional charges or be non-serviceable (check at checkout).
- International Shipping: Not currently available. We will update this policy when international shipping launches.
4. Shipping Partners
We use trusted partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post, and others for safe, timely delivery.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (after discounts, before taxes).
- Paid Shipping: Flat fee (₹59–₹149, based on weight/location) for orders below ₹999.
- Charges are displayed at checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or express options.
6. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (metros/Tier-1); 5–10 business days (Tier-2/3/remote).
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (extra cost, where available).
- Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses or external factors.
7. Order Tracking
Dispatched orders include tracking details via email/SMS and on our website under “My Orders.”
8. Shipping Restrictions
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- Certain products (hazardous/large items) may have restrictions or special fees.
- We may cancel/delay orders to high-risk addresses.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Risk passes to the customer upon courier handover.
- Report issues within 48 hours of expected delivery.
- We will assist with courier claims and resolve per the Returns & Refunds or Warranty sections below.
10. Address Verification & Changes
- Ensure accuracy at checkout.
- Post-dispatch changes may incur fees or be impossible.
- Returned undeliverable packages can be re-shipped (at customer expense) or refunded (minus original shipping).
11. Returns & Refunds
We offer hassle-free returns for most products.
11.1 Eligibility for Return
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date for most items.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads/software licenses (once accessed).
- Customized/personalized products.
- Hygiene/sealed items opened after delivery (e.g., earphones if seal broken).
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
11.2 Reasons for Return
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Full refund or replacement (including return shipping covered by us).
- Change of Mind/Not Satisfied: Return accepted if eligibility met; customer pays return shipping.
11.3 Return Process
- Contact support within the return window via email or phone with order number, reason, and photos/videos (if defective).
- We will issue a Return Authorization and pickup instructions (free pickup for defective cases in select areas).
- Pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Ship via provided courier/label or drop at designated point.
- Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we process refund/replacement.
11.4 Refund Timeline & Method
- Refunds issued within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Refunded to original payment method.
- Original shipping charges non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.
- Replacement items shipped free.
11.5 Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Products found defective within 7 days of delivery qualify for immediate replacement (subject to verification).
12. Warranty
Shanyansh Technologies provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty on physical products against defects in materials and workmanship.
12.1 Warranty Period
- Most products carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase/delivery.
- Specific warranty periods (e.g., 6 months for accessories, batteries, or consumables) are mentioned on the product page, packaging, or invoice.
- Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Shanyansh Technologies or authorized sellers.
12.2 What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects under normal use as intended.
- Warranty applies after the 15-day return window expires (defects within return window are handled under Returns & Refunds).
12.3 What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair/modification, improper installation, or external causes (liquid, fire, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts.
- Issues from use with incompatible products or software.
- Loss of data or consequential damages.
12.4 Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support with order number, proof of purchase, detailed description of issue, and photos/videos.
- We may provide troubleshooting guidance or request return of the product for inspection.
- If the claim is validated, we will (at our discretion) repair, replace with a new/refurbished equivalent, or issue store credit.
- Customer is responsible for shipping the product to us (use secure packaging). We cover return shipping if the claim is approved.
- Processing time: 10–15 business days after receipt.
12.5 Transferability
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
