The 7-Stage Production Protocol

Our production line utilizes a linear workflow to ensure zero cross-contamination and maximum efficiency.

Raw Material Processing & Drawing

Production begins with high-grade Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) rods. Using automated wire-drawing machines, we reduce the diameter to micro-strands (0.08mm). These strands undergo annealing to enhance flexibility and conductivity, ensuring the cable meets high-amperage requirements (up to 6A).

  • Input Material: 99.99% ETP Copper

Insulation Extrusion

The copper strands are fed into extruders where they are coated with HDPE or PVC insulation. We utilize color-coding protocols (Red/Black/White/Green) for easy identification of Power vs. Data lines. The diameter is laser-measured in real-time to ensure uniformity.

Stranding & Shielding

Individual insulated wires are twisted together. For high-speed data cables, we apply a layer of Aluminum Foil Shielding and a Tinned Copper Ground Wire. This “Faraday Cage” construction prevents Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and ensures stable data transfer speeds.

Automated Soldering

We utilize robotic soldering stations to attach the wires to the USB-A, Type-C, or Micro-USB connectors. Unlike manual soldering, robots apply the exact amount of flux and solder, eliminating “cold joints” and ensuring a connection that can withstand pulling and vibration.

Dual-Stage Injection Molding

The soldered joint is the weakest point of any cable. We reinforce it using a two-step process: 1) Inner Mold (Hard PE) to lock the wires in place. 2) Outer Mold (Soft TPE/PVC) for aesthetics and grip. This results in the famous “Strain Relief” durability.
