Refund, Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

1. Introduction & Legal Scope

This Refund, Return, Replacement and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Shanyansh Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and governs all purchases made through our official platforms. This Policy is drafted to ensure transparency, customer protection, and compliance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation.

Requests raised after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, except where covered under warranty or required by applicable law.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Any reason (including change of mind or buyer’s remorse) – provided the product is unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories included.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Physical damage during transit
  • Incorrect or wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified within the return window
Returns will not be accepted for used products (in change-of-mind cases), accidental damage after delivery, misuse, normal wear and tear, or compatibility issues not disclosed in the product listing.

4. Return Options & Processing

Preferred Option: Full refund to the original payment method.

Alternative Option: Replacement (if requested by the customer and stock is available).

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free of charge (prepaid return label provided) for defective products, DOA, transit damage, or incorrect items.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

5. Refund Details

  • Full refund (including original shipping charges) for defective, DOA, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Refund of product price only (original shipping charges non-refundable) for change-of-mind returns.
  • Order cancelled before dispatch: Full refund including shipping.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No cash refunds.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

  • Contact our support team within the applicable window (30 days for returns, or during warranty period) via email or phone.
  • Provide order number, clear photos/videos of the product and issue, and reason for return.
  • We will review and respond with approval/instructions within 24–48 business hours.
  • Ship the product back as per instructions (prepaid label if eligible).
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shanyansh Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
