1. Acceptance

4. OEM and custom orders

OEM/private-label buyers confirm that they hold the rights required to use submitted names, marks, artwork and packaging content. Once approved custom production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled except as required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

The SHANYANSH name, logo, site design, product content and company materials may not be copied, modified, resold or used to imply affiliation without written permission.

6. Prohibited use

Users may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with security, transmit malicious code or infringe another party’s rights.

7. Third-party services

Payment, courier, marketplace, map, WhatsApp and other third-party links are provided for convenience and are also governed by their operators’ terms.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes are handled by competent courts in New Delhi.
